Saverne (; Alsatian: Zawere, pronounced [ˈd̥sɐːvəʁə]; ) is a town and commune of France in the région of Alsace, situated on the Rhine-Marne canal at the foot of a pass over the Vosges Mountains, and 45 km (27 m.)
