Euroborg is the stadium of football club FC Groningen, with a capacity of 19,814 seats. Located to the south-east of Groningen, the Euroborg site houses a casino and a new movie theatre, a school, a supermarket and a fitness centre. A temporary railway station at the Euroborg has opened in late 2007. A permanent one is slated to open in 2009.
