Vapi (IAST: vāpī, Gujarati:, Hindi: ) is a city and a municipality in Valsad district in the Indian state of Gujarat. It is situated on the banks of Damanganga River in southern Gujarat, India. Vapi falls under the taluka administration of Pardi.
