KPEJ channel 24's a Fox affiliate serving the Midland / Odessa, Texas area. History KPEJ began in 1986 as an independent station before becoming a Fox affiliate in 1990. It also had a secondary affiliation with UPN from 1998 to 2003 when KOSA-TV established UPN 16 (now MyTV 16) on its digital subchannel.
