Frysztak (; ) is a village in the Frysztak commune, Strzyżów County, in the historical region often referred to as Galicia, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, Poland, 17 km from Krosno. Frysztak lies on a hillock, at the feet of which the Wisłok rivers by, and is on the road from Rzeszów to Krosno. A second highway leads from Frysztak through Lubla and Sieklowka to Warzyce, where it joins the highway leading to Jasło.
