Charwelton is a village and civil parish in the Daventry district of Northamptonshire, England. It had a population of 185 at time of the 2001 census. Charwelton lies where the A361 road crosses the infant River Cherwell a few miles south-west of Daventry. Near Charwelton, there's Charwelton BT Tower. The village once had a station on the former Great Central Railway, the last main line to be constructed from the north of England to London, opened in March 1899.
