A tubeteika or tübätäy ( Turkmen:Tahiya, )'s a Central Asian cap, today worn in Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as in Muslim-populated regions of Russia (mainly Tatars).
