Tortosa (Latin: Dertusa or Dertosa, Arabic: طرطوشة Ṭurṭūšah)'s the capital of the comarca of Baix Ebre, in the province of Tarragona, in Catalonia, Spain, located at 12 metres above the sea, by the Ebre river.
