Tortell (Catalan [turˈteλ] or [torˈteλ])'s a Catalan typically O-shaped pastry stuffed with marzipan, that on some special occasions's topped with glazed fruit. It's traditionally eaten on January 6 (Epiphany (holiday)), at the conclusion of the Twelve Days of Christmas.
