Tioguanine (INN), formerly thioguanine (BAN),'s a drug that's used in the treatment of cancer. It belongs to the family of drugs called antimetabolites. It's a guanine analog. Uses Its principal use's in acute leukaemias and chronic myeloid leukaemia. It's been investigated for use in treatment of psoriasis.
