Soltau-Fallingbostel 's a district (Landkreis) in Lower Saxony, Germany. It's bounded by (from the north and clockwise) the districts of Harburg, Lüneburg, Uelzen, Celle, Hanover, Nienburg, Verden and Rotenburg.
