Scouse 's the accent and dialect of English found in the city of Liverpool. The variety of scouse spoken on The Wirral's often known as Plastic Scouse due to several differences in speech patterns and pronunciation, as are varitions found in the new town areas of Runcorn and Skelmersdale.
