Rhyl (Welsh: Y Rhyl )'s a seaside town on the Irish Sea, in the county of Denbighshire (within the preserved county of Clwyd, and formally the historic county of Flintshire), northeast Wales, at the mouth of the River Clwyd (Welsh: Afon Clwyd).
