Pendle's a local government district and borough of Lancashire, England, on the North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire borders. It adjoins the Lancashire boroughs of Burnley and Ribble Valley. It's a total population of about 90,000 people, and's represented in Parliament by Gordon Prentice (Labour).
