NEPTUNE is an acronym for North-East Pacific Time-series Undersea Networked Experiments. The NEPTUNE Canada project will lay approximately 800 km of power and fibre optic cables over the northern part of the Juan de Fuca tectonic plate off the west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia.
