Menzies's a Scottish surname and a variant of Manners and's commonly gaelicised as Méinn(earach). See also Clan Menzies. The name's correctly, but previously /ˈmɪɲɪz/, since the 's in fact a surrogate for the letter (yogh). It's, however, often pronounced incorrectly as /ˈmɛnziːz/, according to its modern spelling.
