Lavash (Persian: لواش,,, Turkish: lavaş; also known as lahvash or cracker bread)'s a soft, thin flatbread made with flour, water, and salt. It's the most widespread type of bread in Iran, Pakistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia .
