Kelsall's a medium sized agricultural/commuter village and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. It's located around east of Chester, west of Northwich and north west of Tarporley. The village's situated on Kelsall Hill, which's one of the hills that make up the sandstone ridge that runs along the western side of Cheshire.
