Jeconiah (jəxɔnjɔh, meaning "God will fortify (his people)"), also known as Jehoiachin (jəhoˑjɔxiˑn), was a king of Judah. He was the son of Jehoiakim with Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem and was a contemporary of the prophets Jeremiah and Ezekiel.
