Dinxperlo's a town and former municipality in the eastern Netherlands (Achterhoek region), situated directly at the border with Germany. Since January 1, 2005, Dinxperlo's a part of the municipality of Aalten. The name of the village probably's derived from dingspel (justice court or area) and loo (wood).
