Bevacizumab (trade name Avastin, Genentech/Roche)'s a monoclonal antibody that recognises all vascular endothelial growth factor isoforms. It's used in the treatment of cancer, where it inhibits tumor growth by blocking the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis).
